Honey-Orange Glazed Carrots





Serves 6
A zesty side for your Easter feast.
Ingredients:
| 6 carrots |
| 2 tablespoons butter |
| 1 teaspoon orange zest, grated |
| 2 teaspoons fresh orange juice |
| 2 tablespoons honey |
| Salt, to taste |
| Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat an oven to 375° F.
- Wash and peel the carrots. Slice the carrots into large bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the orange zest, orange juice and honey.
- Toss the sauce with the carrots and place in a 2-quart baking dish.
- Place in the oven and bake until tender, about 25 to 30 minutes, tossing once or twice
