Green Bean and Bacon Casserole
Serves 12
Ingredients:
8 cups cooked cut green beans
2 2/3 cups French fried onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 10 oz.
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup milk
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
In a 3-quart casserole dish, combine the soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, green beans, bacon and 1 1/3 cups French fried onions.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until the green bean mixture is hot and bubbling.
Stir the bean mixture then sprinkle with remaining onions.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
