BBQ Chicken Baked Nachos





Serves 8
A party favorite that's always a hit.
Ingredients:
| 1 bag party size tortilla chips, 16 oz. |
| 1 lb cooked chicken breasts, shredded |
| 8 strips bacon, cooked and diced |
| 1 cup BBQ sauce, your preference |
| 1 lb shredded Colby Jack cheese |
| 1/2 yellow onion, chopped |
| 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce.
- Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese over the tortilla chips. Sprinkle the chicken mixture over the top. Add red onion and bacon, then sprinkle the remaining cheese over top.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the cheese and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle sliced green onion over top and enjoy!
