Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese over the tortilla chips. Sprinkle the chicken mixture over the top. Add red onion and bacon, then sprinkle the remaining cheese over top.
Drizzle BBQ sauce over the cheese and place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle sliced green onion over top and enjoy!

BBQ Chicken Baked Nachos
Serves 8
Ingredients:
1 bag party size tortilla chips, 16 oz.
1 lb cooked chicken breasts, shredded
8 strips bacon, cooked and diced
1 cup BBQ sauce, your preference
1 lb shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
