Baked Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze





Serves 8
Full of fantastic flavor!
Ingredients:
| 1 tablespoon brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon honey |
| 2 teaspoons butter |
| 1 tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
| 2 1/2 lbs. salmon fillet |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Place brown sugar, honey and butter in a small saucepan set over medium heat; cook and stir until melted. Remove saucepan from heat then whisk in olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and black pepper. Allow brown sugar glaze to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Line a baking pan with foil then place salmon fillet in pan. Brush with brown sugar glaze. Bake, uncovered, until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
