Easy Oatmeal Pecan Pie





Serves 8
A fantastic holiday treat.
Ingredients:
| 2/3 cup old-fashioned oats |
| 1/2 cup chopped pecans |
| 1/2 cup butter |
| 2/3 cup light corn syrup |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 2/3 cup sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 pre-made pie crust |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325° F. Place pie crust into a pie pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in corn syrup, sugar and oats. Mix well. Stir in vanilla extract and eggs. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into pie crust. Top with pecans. Place pie into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
