Slow Cooked Maple and Brown Sugar Ham





Serves 16
So simple yet so delicious!
Ingredients:
| 1/2 cup pure maple syrup |
| 8 lb spiral-cut ham, bone-in or boneless |
| 2 cups pineapple juice |
| 1 cup dark brown sugar |
Directions:
- Place ham in the crockpot. Rub entire ham with brown sugar. Pour pineapple juice and maple syrup over ham.
- Place lid on crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. An hour before serving, baste ham with juices from bottom of slow cooker.
- Let ham rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board before cutting.
