Easy Antipasto Salad





Serves 8
Antipasto is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal.
Ingredients:
| 1 jar kalamata olives, (drained and rinsed) |
| 1 jar roasted red bell peppers, (drained and cut into uniform pieces) |
| 4 oz sliced salami |
| 1 bunch seedless red grapes |
| 5 oz goat cheese, (log) |
| 2 tablespoons parsley, (chopped) |
| Crackers, (for serving) |
Directions:
- Arrange olives, red bell peppers, salami, and grapes on a serving platter.
- Roll goat cheese log in parsley then place on serving platter.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
