Parmesan Breaded Chicken Breast





Serves 6
Crispy, crunchy and utterly delicious.
Ingredients:
| 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs |
| 1 teaspoon oregano |
| 1 teaspoon parsley flakes |
| 1/4 teaspoon paprika |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
| 2 lb boneless and skinless chicken breast halves |
| 2 tablespoon butter, melted |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a medium baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix grated parmesan, bread crumbs, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Dip chicken in butter, coat with cheese mixture.
- Arrange chicken in medium baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
