Easy Breakfast Rolls

Warm, flaky, and filled with deliciousness.

Ingredients:

4 slices bacon
8 oz ground breakfast sausage
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely diced
2 cans crescent dough sheets, 8 oz.
1/3 cup chive and onion whipped cream cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the bacon and sausage in two separate pans over medium heat. Crumble while cooking. Remove the pans from the heat. Set aside.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, black pepper, and red bell pepper in a third pan. Scramble over medium heat until just set. Remove from the heat.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough on a floured surface. Spread the cream cheese evenly across the dough. Then add the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up the dough tightly.
  5. Slice into 12 equal pieces. Place the rolls in the baking dish.
  6. Place in the oven to bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
