Baked Buffalo Chicken Nachos





Serves 6
Not your everyday cheesy nachos.
Ingredients:
| 1 bag tortilla chips, 13 oz. |
| 2 tablespoons butter, melted |
| 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce |
| 2 tablespoons brown sugar |
| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon paprika |
| 1/4 cup water |
| 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded |
| 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
| 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Pour the entire bag of tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Spread out evenly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Buffalo wing sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika and water. Stir together well. Add the shredded chicken and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over the tortilla chips. Spoon the chicken mixture over the top of the cheese. Add the sliced jalapenos.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven to cook for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a large plate and enjoy!
