Crispy Parmesan Baked Pork Chops





Serves 4
Who doesn’t love a little crunch?
Ingredients:
| For the Egg Wash: |
| 2 large eggs |
| 2 tablespoons water |
| For the Parmesan Coating: |
| 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning |
| 1 cup panko breadcrumbs |
| 1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 teaspoon onion powder |
| 1 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 teaspoon paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 tablespoons melted butter, for drizzling |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a medium baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the water and whisk together.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip each pork chop into the egg wash and allow excess to drip off. Then dredge the pork chops in the Parmesan mixture.
- Arrange the pork chops in the baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Place into the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes, until the crust on top is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
