Air Fryer Salmon Tacos with Homemade Coleslaw

Ingredients:
4 skinless salmon fillets, 4 oz each
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon lime juice
8 small corn tortillas, warmed
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Pour the salt, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika into a small bowl. Stir together until well mixed.
Brush the seasoning mixture over the salmon fillets. Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes.
Add the cilantro, Greek yogurt, shredded cabbage, and lime juice to a mixing bowl. Toss until well mixed.
Flake the cooked salmon into large pieces. Divide the salmon among the tortillas. Spoon the coleslaw on top of the salmon. Fold in half and enjoy!
