Bubbly Watermelon Agua Fresca

Serves 6

Sweet and refreshing for those hot days.

Ingredients:

5 cups cubed watermelon
2 1/2 cups sparkling water
2 tablespoons lime juice, more to taste
4 tablespoons agave syrup, more to taste
Lime wedges, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Place melon in a blender. Whirl to a puree. Pour into a bowl or pitcher.
  2. Add sparkling water, lime juice and simple syrup or other sweetener. Taste and add more lime juice or simple syrup. Serve garnished with mint leaves or lime slices.
